BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking for any group or private sewing courses, lessons or workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Payment in full is required prior to the start of the class.  As soon as payment has been confirmed by Tracey’s Sewing Room, you will be reserved a place.​

For group courses, lessons or workshops, bookings are made on a “first come, first served” basis so should your payment be received after the session is fully booked, Tracey’s Sewing Room will contact you to confirm either a reservation on the next available class or the full refund of your payment.

If for whatever reason, you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 7 days (one week) prior to the start of the class.  We are unable to accept cancellations made any time in the week leading up to the start of the class and these sessions will not be transferable or refunded.

In the unlikely event of Tracey’s Sewing Room needing to cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible and your payment refunded or an alternative date agreed.
