Waste Less: Scrappy Bags are a perfect project

We’re excited to be taking part in Circular Dorking's Big Swap, Switch, Share for The Big Green Week, and we’d love for you to join us for a special workshop celebrating sustainable sewing. On Saturday 7th June, from 1–4:30pm, we’re hosting a Scrappy Fabric Workshop—and it’s going to be a fun one!

Bespoke utility bag to use up those scraps!

We’ll be making charming and practical utility bags, all crafted entirely from scrap fabrics. These little bags are a joy to create and no two are ever the same. The beauty lies in the mix—different colours, textures, and prints come together to create something uniquely yours.

Whether you’re new to sewing or a seasoned stitcher, this workshop is a perfect way to flex your creativity, reduce waste, and leave with something both useful and beautiful. (Insert pic)

We hope to see you there—let's turn scraps into something special!

When: Saturday June 7th - 1.30pm-4pm (including time to select your scraps if you don't have any.

Where: Tracey's Sewing Room - North Street, Dorking
